Rent is due by the 1st of the month
Late fees are 10% plus $8/day
No pets unless you have written permission, a signed pet agreement & paid pet security.
No smoking in buildings or on premises on any of our properties.
Call immediately if you get a new vehicle not listed on your rental agreement.
Call immediately to add or change a roommate or to start the 30 Day Notice process to move.

Your rental agreement is more than just a contract, it's a handbook for what is allowed and acceptable at your rented property. It lists all the rules, what might cost you a fine or a 30 Day Notice to Vacate and who to call in emergencies. If you have ANY question at ANY time, call immediately and we'll help you.
